Andrew Geronimo

Of Counsel

Andrew Geronimo is of counsel to the Pattakos Law Firm, where his practice is focused on the First Amendment and other civil rights litigation. Andrew is a Supervising Attorney at the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he has taught the First Amendment Lab, the First Amendment Clinic, and the Intellectual Property Venture Clinic. Andrew joined CWRU Law in 2017 as the Stanton Foundation First Amendment Fellow.

Prior to joining CWRU and the Pattakos Law Firm, Geronimo worked as an attorney for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Baker & Hostetler LLP, and Singerman, Mills, Desberg & Kauntz Co., LPA, representing clients in administrative proceedings, civil trials, and appeals in state and federal court litigating constitutional, civil rights, business, contract, real estate, employment, tort, and professional misconduct claims. He remains a volunteer member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Certified Grievance Committee, which investigates and prosecutes allegations of ethical misconduct by Ohio lawyers.

Andrew is a 2010 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the Digital Millennium Copyright Act Seminar, and was a founding member of the Journal of Law, Technology & the Internet.
